Kevin Jensen has been practicing law for over eight years in both state and federal court in both Arizona and Nevada.  He graduated from Brigham Young University in 1998 receiving a BA in History.  Following graduation from BYU, he attended law school at Marquette University in Milwaukee, Wisconsin.  While in law school, Kevin did a one-year internship with the Milwaukee County District Attorney's office.  He also served as a law clerk to the Honorable Lynn Adelman in the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Wisconsin. 

Upon graduation from law school, Kevin passed the bar exams in both Nevada and Arizona and began his legal career in Las Vegas, Nevada, where he worked for a large defense firm.  He spent two years in Las Vegas before moving his family to the Valley of the Sun where he worked for another two years for a large defense firm.  While working as a defense lawyer, Kevin gained valuable experience in many areas of law ranging from traffic accident and slip and fall cases to more complex areas such as medical malpractice and insurance coverage issues.

In 2003, Kevin went into private practice.  In his private practice, Kevin has used the valuable experience he gained working for the insurance companies to represent individuals who have been seriously injured as a result of the negligence of others.  In addition to his diverse personal injury practice, Kevin also represents individuals in domestic relations matters, such as marriage dissolution, child custody, child support and paternity matters.

Kevin is admitted to practice in state and federal court in both Arizona and Nevada.  He is also a member of Arizona Association for Justice also known as the Arizona Trial Lawyers Association.  He is a past board member of the personal injury section of the Maricopa County Bar Association.
