Motorcycle rider killed

A 36 year-old motorcycle rider was killed when an automobile driver pulled out in front of him, without any warning, from a private driveway.  The widow of the motorcyclist filed a wrongful death lawsuit in Maricopa County Superior Court.  Before the case could go to trial, the parties reached a settlement for $725,000.
