Seriously injured in a motorcycle accident

$115,000 for young-man injured in motorcycle accident.  A 24 year-old motorcyclist was seriously injured when another driver suddenly pulled out from a private drive in front of him causing our client to be ejected from the motorcycle.  The young motorcycle driver suffered a broken ankle, road rash and other injuries.  He settled for $100,000 with the at-fault driver's insurance company, which was the face value of the policy and for $15,000 with his insurance company, which was the full value of his underinsured motorist benefits.
