Unpaid wages to former president of company

$420,000 settlement for unpaid wages to former President of a company.  A former President of a small company was terminated from position when the company was bought out by a group of investors.  At the time of his termination, he was owed more than $130,000 in deferred compensation and other benefits.  The company refused to pay our client his deferred compensation and a lawsuit was filed seeking, among other things, treble damages for willful failure to pay the deferred compensation.  Before the case could go to trial, the company agreed to pay $420,000 as a settlement.
