Phoenix Car Accident Leaves 7 Injured

A Phoenix car accident involving three vehicles sends seven people to local hospitals after the vehicles collide with one another. The incident took place at approximately 12:45 PM on Sunday afternoon, July 25, 2010, near 35th Avenue and Peoria Avenue, according to Phoenix Fire Department spokesperson Scott Walker.

When rescue crews arrived on the scene, they discovered that the accident involved two cars and a pick-up truck. Rescue crews transported seven people, including two young children, to nearby hospitals where they were treated for injuries sustained in the accident.

Two of the victims, including a 5-year-old boy, were listed in serious condition. Fortunately, the four other victims only suffered minor injuries in the collision. The identities of the seven victims were not immediately made known. Their conditions were also not immediately made known.

The three-vehicle Phoenix auto accident is still under investigation by local authorities. It is unclear as to who was at fault or what caused the afternoon collision. Anyone with information concerning the accident has been asked to contact local authorities.
